Hi Guys

Today I was cleaning up some space on my MAC OS. As I was not using Teamviewer so I decided to Uninstall it. I have uninstalled the Teamviewer from Application Pannel. But when I rebooted my MAC, it went under Unrecoverable mode.

I tried 2–3 Times but I was not able to fix that.

Below is the step by step process to recover your MAC from this Unrecoverable error.

Steps to fix this error :

  1. Boot your MAC into OS Recovery Mode by holding Command (⌘) +R until Apple logo appears on screen.
  2. Once it’s booted in Recovery Mode you will get MAC OS UTILITIES option.

3. After this select DISK UTILITIES. Because to delete disk authorization you need to mount your HardDisk (Select Macintosh HD not Macinstosh HD data).

Select your disk and click on Mount. Once it’s mounted QUIT Disk Utility.

4. Now click on UTILITIES and select TERMINAL. Once terminal is OPEN run Below Command. This will delete your DB Authorization File.

rm -rf “/Volumes/Macintosh HD/var/db/auth.db”

Enter the commands with quotes on both side. At the start of Volumes and End of db. (“ “).

5. After Deleting Authorization file. Restart your MAC.

6. Once the MAC is REBOOTED, problem will get fixed.
